New York Public Library - Mobipocket and Adobe Readers

I bought a PocketPC about a year ago, went through checking out all the available software, and now that the dust has settled there are only a few applications that I use religiously. The two I use every single day are Windows Media Player and Mobipocket Reader.

Mobipocket Reader is a pseudo RSS reader, in that it allows you to subscribe to RSS feeds, but the kind people at Mobipocket set it up do download and store all the right links to your device. I subscribe to these publications through Mobipocket, and it's really easy and nice to use:

I was happy when my friend Mary told me that the New York Public Library started an Ebook "lending" program. I went to go take a look at the titles they had available, and noticed that they support only two reader platforms... Adobe Acrobat Reader and... MOBIPOCKET READER!!!

If that's not a great endorsement of a product, I don't know what is. Go get Mobipocket now!
